1.  Four solutions on display, covering full-scenario EV charging and battery swapping

UUGreenPower has focused on the field of high-power DC fast charging technology for electric vehicles for many years, empowering industrial development with technological innovation, leading fast charging technology in the world, and providing products and services for global industrial customers.

At the EVS36 site, UUGreenPower exhibited four product solutions: "High Power DC Charging Solution", "Wallbox DC Charging Solution", "Liquid-cooling Charging Module Product" and "Energy Srorage Charging Solution". And when the products were open to the exhibitors, many industry customers were attracted to the booth for visit and consultation.

In the High Power DC Charging Solution sector, UUGreenPower exhibited 30kW charging module with IP20 protection level and direct ventilation, 40kW SiC high efficiency charging module and 30kW/40kW charging module with IP65 independent air duct. Among them, the new 40kW SiC charging module using SiC MOS has a maximum efficiency of more than 97%. It is the same size as the 30kW of the same series, which is convenient for pile design and power iteration, and its overall performance is at the leading level in the industry. 30kW/40kW charging module with IP65 protection level adopts independent air duct heat dissipation technology, with the characteristics of high protection level, strong reliability and maintenance-free, especially suitable for various harsh charging and swapping scenario demands such as sand and dust, coastal areas, high humidity, factories and mines environment.

The Wallbox DC charging Solution sector exhibited 22kW wallbox DC module pack products, which brought new design concepts and integration solutions to customers of wallbox DC charging piles. The independent air duct module integration solution has very obvious advantages in the protection level of the whole pile, pile body design, development cycle, demand customization, failure rate, integrability, noise control and service life.

In the field of liquid-cooling charging technology, a new 60kW liquid-cooled charging module was exhibited in the booth. The maximum efficiency of the liquid-cooling charging module exceeds 97%. The market demand for the popularization and application of ultra-large power charging piles. A 30kW DCDC energy storage and charging module was also exhibited on site, which was designed to provide power conversion solutions for customers in energy storage scenarios.

2. Product certification and large-scale application to showcase hardcore technology
