Direct ventilation technical route
The direct ventilation technology uses fan to increase the air flow speed to achieve the heat dissipation effect. Generally, the front exhaust air is used to directly blow the surface of the device for heat dissipation. The direct ventilation heat dissipation method has mature technology, low cost, simple installation and energy consumption. inferior advantages.

Independent air duct technical route
Innovation of independent air ducts in structural design and layout of key internal components, it divides the module into two layers. The upper layer is encapsulated as a device sensitive to the environment (sand, moisture, salt spray, etc.); The lower layer encapsulates the power devices with high heat generation in a fully enclosed heat sink with a sheet structure. The structural design of the module not only ensures the heat exchange efficiency but also improves the protection level. Protection level can reach IP65, which increases the life of the module, saves the cost of periodic inspection and maintenance, and improves efficiency and utilization of the charging station

Liquid cooling technical route
The liquid cooling technology sets up a special circulation channel between the charging pile power module, cable and charging gun, and pushes the cooling liquid to circulate through the power pump to take out the heat. The heat dissipation capacity of the liquid cooling module is 10~20℃ lower than that of the forced air cooling module, noise reduction control can meet the noise-sensitive scenes requirement. The liquid cooling module also has a higher IP protection level, which is suitable for harsh scenarios such as dusty applications, reducing periodic inspection and maintenance, thereby reducing operating costs.
